Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Policy
At Introwa, you only pay for interview credits. There are no subscriptions, auto-renewals, or hidden fees.
1. Purchases
- All payments are one-time purchases of credits.
- Credits can be used for interviews
2. Cancellations
Since there is no subscription, there is nothing to “cancel.”
3. Refunds
- If you purchased credits by mistake or cannot use them, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided credits remain unused.
- Refunds are not available once credits are consumed.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email contact@introwa.com with your registered email ID and payment reference.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Enterprise Clients
For custom agreements, refund/cancellation terms will be specified in the signed contract.
